Take the mystery out of establishing an at-home yoga practice with this hands-on workshop. Together we’ll discuss the foundations of a personal yoga practice and cover the basics of designing a sequence that serves your individual needs on the mat. Prepare to discuss, practice, and manifest the creation of your personal at-home yoga practice and leave with the knowledge to sustain a home yoga practice.
Allow me to introduce your staff to the benefits of yoga through workplace yoga classes. My integrative approach to yoga incorporates mind and body explorations that work in unison to bring balance to one’s life. This stress reducing technique is an inexpensive, convenient, and personal way to make your workplace a positive, tension-free environment.
This type of program can increase production and work performance, improve work morale, decrease physical and mental tension and provide endless benefits to your employee’s lives. Yoga will create a healthy work environment where employees feel empowered to face job related challenges and carry a sense of focus, freshness and balance throughout their day.
